These terms are an agreement between you and Indig, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company operating SpiritualGifts.AI (“we,” “us”). By using the website or iOS app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

SpiritualGifts.AI offers a spiritual gifts assessment, a personalized AI-generated report, and an AI conversation we call the Machine. The assessment and your results are free. Some features — such as additional Machine replies — are paid.

The Machine is an AI, not a counselor

The report and the Machine’s replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They are offered as a starting point for reflection and conversation — not as pastoral care, professional counseling, or authoritative spiritual direction, and they may sometimes be wrong or miss important context. Please weigh what you read here with your own judgment and with people who know you: pastors, mentors, and your community. If you are in crisis or facing a serious decision, talk to a qualified person, not an app.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• Your account is your email address. Provide an address you control; anyone with access to that inbox can access your saved results.
• You can delete individual saved sessions on your My Results page, and delete your account entirely by emailing hello@spiritualgifts.ai. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of the service, and you may stop using it at any time.

Purchases and refunds

• Reply bundles (website) — one-time purchases processed by Stripe that add Machine replies to your balance. Prices are shown before you pay. Replies don’t expire while your account is active.
• Refunds (website) — if you’re not happy, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund any bundle whose replies are unused. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
• Support contributions — pay-what-you-want contributions (“buy us a coffee”) are voluntary payments to a for-profit company, not donations. They are not tax-deductible and are non-refundable.
• iOS app purchases — purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies; refund requests for those go through Apple.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempting to bypass reply limits or payments, no probing or disrupting our systems, no scraping or bulk-harvesting content, no using the service to generate unlawful or harassing content, and no reselling access. We may rate-limit or block usage that harms the service or other users.

Your content and ours

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it as described in the Privacy Policy — that’s what lets us score your assessment, generate your report, and save your results. Your report and Machine replies are yours to keep, share, and use personally. The service itself — the assessment, archetype descriptions, site, and code — belongs to Indig, LLC, and these terms don’t transfer any of it to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll update the date at the top and note material changes on the site; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
